SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Please note that all orders placed before 11am EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) ship the same day. All orders received after 11am EST ship the next business day.
After you place an order on Biosheerbeauty.com you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is fulfilled and on its way, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number. The signature is required upon delivery.
Can’t find your shipping information? No problem! Shipping and tracking information may be obtained by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within one hour after the order has been placed. After the one-hour window, we cannot guarantee the order will be immediately cancelled.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not satisfied with your Biosheer purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return it within a 30 days of purchase for a full refund, including the shipping cost. To process the return please contact the customer service at email@example.com
- Only products purchased on Biosheerbeauty.com may be returned for a refund or exchange.
- Please note we cannot accept empty jars, nearly empty jars, or jars filled with other creams or otherwise tampered with.
